Trolls think up a totally ludicrous illness or injury for their horse and then invent impossibly stupid things they have done to "treat" this impossible disease/injury. It's always a situation that, if it was real, the poster would be in jail and banned from keeping even an elderly stick insect for 100 years. They're boring brainless idiots who can upset genuine people. And some people will go to great lengths to try to help when all the troll wants to do is have a laugh at the trouble they've stirred up.
