Trouble un-loading

Just wondering if anyone has had this trouble or knows how to solve it.

My friends 16h3 loves to leap off the trailor, he is not so bad when he gets to shows it's when he gets home! he is so excited to see his friends he leaps, he has already injured himself jumping onto the stones, so now she unloads him in a field, they had tried in a bridle they hard tried loading him un-loading him again and again to see if that helped but everytime he leaps. She travels a lot as she events and has lessons once a week, but is seriously starting to worry he is going to hurt himself.

Anyone and ideas?

They has tried un-loading him back wards but he just flips out, will suggest feed but he is not a greedy horse.

What about unloading him behind another horse.Does he have a companion that he respects enough not to jump on until you get the problem solved.Or could you put some cones or something on the front of the trailer that you could move forward gradually.I had this for the first few sessions with a horse unused to loading but she improved with practice.I think I would insist he unloaded backwards.
 
I had a similar problem with my horse legging it out at full speed regardless of where I was. He was very anxious though and even tried to make a dash for the jockey door. I tried unloading backwards and he was great and I thought we'd solved his problem until he then started reversing out at speed the minute he had loaded and we couldnt even get the ramp up. If I tried to stop him he chucked his head up and wallopped it on the roof.
Has your friends horse caught himself on the way out, my friends horse did this and rushed out every time until she removed the partiiton. If its an Ifor then the turn is tight when unloading. I would suggest practicing without the centre partition to give him more room and hopefully realise he can fit easily without banging himself.
