Im gutted decided to wash my newish le mieux half lamswool pad today. Followed the instructions 40 c wool wash as per label. Put it in my dyson. Only to open the door at the end of the cycle to have a washing machine full of fluff and a shredded pad. I picked it out and the lambskin is just dropping to bits like wet paper...Its totally ruined!! The actual cotton numnha is fine but the lambswool and skin on one side is ruined.
What should i do? Complain to le miuex ..if its not suitable for a dyson surely they should say?? or blame the washer.. :( I have never had trouble washing any thing else b4???

I have washed mine several times and it is fine, I rubbed it with human hair conditioner as that is what the chap at Horse Health told me to do, washed it on a wool cycle and it was perfect:confused:

Maybe you got a duff one, I would be upset if mine fell apart too, they are not cheap - speak to LeMeiux and see what they say.

Agree with the above. Never had a problem washing mine in a Maytag washing machine. I also slather it with human hair conditioner first.

i wash mine nearly every week esp if hunting on a cool wash, covered in hair conditioner, they come up lovely every time. sounds like you might have a duff one! i would call and talk to them.
