I've tried! I find the theory of relaxation very useful even if we can't quite nail the groundwork patterns in practise. I really like his approach and his attitude so I try and emulate that even if I can't get the rest to click yet.
I have it - it’s very useful for hot horses and getting them to focus - never quite achieved his results but that is probably due to having too little time. I’m planning on starting both my 2 year olds off this way
Tempted, because how Fin dealt with life when he was wild and how I would like him to deal with life when I am on his back are not the same thing. I wonder if it would give us more tools for managing tension and anxiety.
