I'll tell you why Epona won't give up the video.
1. FEI stewards were watching the exact same thing happening as Epona filmed but did nothing. In fact, they look exceedingly bored.
1b. One can thus deduct that nothing here contravenes FEI rules.
2. Epona attends these events as independent journalists.
2b. The moment they hand over the video, they no longer comply with such a function.
3. When FEI finds nothing wrong with the recorded warm up, they can accuse Epona libel and prevent them from attending these events.
3b. FEI wins.
