Trustworthy?

I've seen a black gelding for sale for £1250 and the advert says he has won the National Hunt Championship in Ireland....
could this be true or would he be worth a lot more???

Really depends how old the horse is.

It shouldn't be too hard to google the results for the horse if you have his racing name. If its true there are many reasons why he could be that price, eg age, time since the win, what he's done since, has he been off due to injury, is racing all he's ever done, etc etc.

Whats his name because National Hunt Championship means nothing to me is it a specific race?.It might be some sort of showing class for ex racehorses.

I think we need a bit more information.
