Trying not to get too excited but......

I am going to see this girl at the weekend... As you may know we have been looking for a new whippet for several months, with no joy, until maybe now....

Please let me know what you think.
Also, this is our families first Whippet (we have had greyhounds in the past) so any useful questions to ask would be great. The lady appears extremely genuine, has offered us a trial period, wants to vet us completely, and doesnt want payment until we are both happy this is 'it'.

We are looking for a new family pet but I am keen to get into showing, and as she does appear petite, we'd love to do a little local racing.

So, thoughts please :

LOL about the whippet/greyhound thing - no difference IMHO, except whippets like to burrow under duvets etc, otherwise they are exactly the same

(although I havent had a whippet for five years now

)
