hi all, i am desperately trying to find out what has happened to my old mare i used to own.
her passported name was flying queen (GBR) by lochearnhead out of my last penny,
born 9th april 1995
there is a bit of a background story as to why i had to sell her but the short of it was it was heartbreaking :(
i sold her to a girl called louisa who lived in suffolk. i delivered her to a place in knodishall (i think) about 8 years ago, i lost contact with her after getting new phones/losing them etc!
last time i heard about her she was doing natural horsemanship with her.
i have been trying to find her for aaaaages now and i had a girl message me on fb saying she got a horse from irish tom in dartford and the passport she was given was rios, i sadly am not holding out too much hope on her still being alive but i always have the hope she may have just had her passport mixed up or stolen!
rio has a thin blaze/star, stripe snip with a brown dot in the middle of the top of her blaze, she also has two white socks on her back legs that go past her fetlocks, she has a scar on her left? hind leg from an injury she had while she was with me, it runs down over the front of her fetlock.
she also has a small lump on her tummy near her teats from an operation she had as a yearling.
i have contacted weatherbys who have been more than helpful but i am just trying to get her on as many sites as poss in the hope someone will remember her.
sorry to go on and thanks for reading!

Not sure if this is any help but there was a girl on Enlightened Equitation who had a mare of a similar size called Rio. She was bay but can't remember if she had white socks or not. Apologies if I've got your hopes up and send you on a wild goose chase, thought you would like to know though.

Ask Weatherbys if they will pass on your contact details to current owner
