trying to sell...

There seems to be no horses which fit the description I'm looking for, or maybe I'm just too picky!

I have a budget of £3000
Something over 15.2, safe for nervous but good rider (mum) to hack and for me to do local show either showing/SJ and more if it was capable. Has to be able to carry 14stone

Looking for a sensible confidence giving ride, reasonably schooled and must be good to hack. Doesnt have to jump. 15 -16 hands, Under 17 years but not really into cobs. Basically I want to go for a hack and not fear for my life!! Willing to pay a kings ransome if I could find the elusive horse!

Well we're trying to buy (a 15-16hh ride and drive) and have been looking for ages and everytime we see one we like it's already sold (even if I know the ad only went up that day).

I'm looking for a horse but that sounds a bit young - I'm not experienced enough to bring on a horse. I want one to practise my schooling on, hacking and then eventually local shows in a years time. Right height though but probably out of my budget (3500-4000).
I'm having trouble finding something as I don't want anything too stocky or too flighty (no TB). Saw a beuatiful (and perfect) warmblood but as it was my first horse I wanted my instructors opinion and was sold when I finally agreed to buy (a week later).

Im looking for something for when my boy goes. I want something about 16.2 chunky type, something i can do a it of anthing on. My price range isnt massive though but i know i will find something. Just any nice horses i haev seen are like 8 grand which is bit steep really.

Haven't had too much prob selling a couple of mine! One a 6yr old but well schooled and been out and about a fair bit (4k)and the other a 7yr old hunter sold within 3 days of being advertised! (6.5K) no vetting on the last one!!
Got one i can't sell but has issues! Your sis horse sounds nice, what price range and any pics?

We are trying to sell a 16hh eventer but no joy and its been made worse that it was lame this morning!! AARRGGHH!! we NEED to sell her but am hoping the lameness is just an infection from where her over reach boots have rubbed! Damn horses, almost in tears this mornin over it.

I think she is looking at about the £4,500 mark, not sure how flexible she is on that though, will try and get a pic, will put it in picture gallery, give me an hour or so, just get kiddies to bed.

I think the only ones selling at the moment are ones suitable for novices or ones that are dirt cheap. They were not fetching much at Melton sales & they made the ones being advertised look over priced. I dont want to give Sas away & I am not asking for more then I paid for her 3yrs ago, & she had done nothing then. She may still be a bit green, but at least she hacks out alone, & has come on in other areas. I keep being told it will pick up in the spring, so will just have to wait & see.

yup - I have a highland I am potentially looking to sell, but finding the right home for him is a nightmare! He's not a novice ride as can be strong but at the same time he is a gem to hack and jump etc... everyone that comes to see him thinks he is a kids pony, which he very definately isnt!
