What would you think of a horse that came in from rich grazing with his spine up? This horse was dozy and laid back like normal, ate a little *doesn't tend to eat much when brought in* Peed a normal amount, Not uncomfortable? Could of he just pigged out causing his tummy to tighten and tuck up?

If his tummy was tucked up it could have been more of a digestive thing??? Like you say maybe the rich grass caused this.

If my boy has very mild colic he tucks up and his quarters look odd- high and rounded and hard. The vet said that if horses have mild adbominal pain they often hold theirselves oddly.
I used to think he was tying up, but blood tests said not.

Would be interesting to hear an update on this - I think it was prob colic/GI discomfort but would like to know how it turns out...
