Tumeric - how much oil?

OK, I have got the tumeric - 1-2 teasoons per day, starting with small amount. 8-9 grinds of black pepper, but if feeding oil, as in coconut or linseed oil, how much?

I think I will be moving on to feeding ground linseed later in the year, but at the moment don't have any.

Well I don't think you have to feed too much oil - have a look at their fb page

You only need a small amount. 25 mils will do.

I don't use oil with tumeric, if the horses get a tumeric sarnie, I count the butter as the oil, in a feed I don't add oil, same for myself, butter is the oil in my sarnie, or I add tumeric and pepper to my meal and after a month, my fingers work again and I got to ride for the longest time in years, well impressed.
