Turn out boots

Best turn out boots - any thoughts please.
More for general everyday protection rather than protection from muddy legs.

have got the equilibrium hardy chaps for my boy and i like them tho the bottoms turn up in the real deep mud as do the equilibrium close contact ones worse so i would so (horse on our yard wears them) he also has the sportbac long turnout socks which i would say are much better in the mud but thiner material.
So basically sportbac for mud protection and equilibrium hardy chaps for general protection as they are quite thick and i like the shape they hold under the fetlock.

Remember that neoprene(sp) along with many other materials makes the legs quite hot, overly heated tendons are more prone to damage.....

I use the Westroppe ones , but also have sportabac and equillibrum . I gave my account of them all in post below .I finfd the Westroppe ones cooler because they are a bit baggier on the legs but stiffer and last much better. They would also give more protection, I think
