Turn Out Help

How would I need to turn out a 2 year old appy x arab for the following classes:

inhand best turned out
inhand youngstock 3 years and under
inhand best any age any breed
inhand arab or part bred arab
inhand coloured or spotted

He is gelded. I do have a brown inhand bridle and lead rein at home, he hasn't been bitted yet as he has only just turned two.

Thanks, would he need to be bitted - I don't think he has been yet, he has only just turned 2
