Turned out feet ?

Looking at videos of myself riding i really do turn my feet out and only have my toe in the iron how on earth do i fix this ?

More weight through your little toe rather than the big toe and the ball of your foot- it will make your ankles ache to start with

Problems with the toes often start at the hip.

do your toes point out when you stand up straight or walk?

check your footprints.
