OK, its the Irish Bog Cob again. I'm 15 hh, 8 yr old & cremello with bright blue eyes. When I was vetted before my new Mum bought me the man said that although my front feet turn out from my fetlocks I should be OK to carry on jumping, hacking & having fun!! I have done a lot of jumping since I arrived from Ireland & seem to be pretty good at it (I'm modest too!) :D Now my new Mum is worried that with the ground being so hard she shouldn't be taking me to any parties or hacking faster than a walk. She has also put some vile tasting (but very expensive) joint supplement in my feed. Can anybody out there reassure her cos she's a right worrier?

How badly do your feet point outwards? Plenty of horses out there with less than perfect conformation so if its not very pronounced i wouldnt worry about most work

...you sure you arent pulling a fast one to get out of work?

My right foot turns out worse than my left - when that vet man held up my legs in turn then made me trot away he said I was sound - does that seem good to you?

I LIKE my parties & having all the New Forest to play in.....................So I think I will keep your idea of pulling a sickie till I need one!
