Hello!
I have a very pink skin white legged mare, who loves to self harm (which leads to cellulitis quiet easily and big vet bills)
She wears boots for turnout (I know not everyone agrees) just bog standard brushing boots but obviously as the weather is warmer meaning her legs are warmer and she is losing hair on her legs and don’t want the skin to break down with this…
Can anyone recommend breathable brushing/turnout boots?

Thank you

What about those exercise wraps I think equilibrium make some they wouldn't offer as much protection but would be cooler for summer.

Or fly boots I think snuggy hoods do a leg cover for sweet itch.

I'm in a similar position with one of my horses, I now use the tri zone boots as they are lighter than normal brushing boots.

Another vote for equilibrium tri-zone boots. I have a similar mare and she’s been booted for turn out for the majority of the last 4 years in these. She’s destroyed one set but her legs were fine and the 2nd set are just starting to wear out.

I like the stretch and flex as they don't seem to sweat in them
