Hi,
I was wondering if anybody has experience with different brands of turnout boots?
My mare was severely lame two years ago (long story). Nobody thought she will ever survive this, but she did and even came completely sound again. However, mud in the winter seems to cause a problem as she is very sensitive on her leg to touch and cold water ever since she got lame and had two surgeries on this leg. Warmth seems to help and cold water makes her immediately uncomfortable. She is turn out most of the year as she needs to keep moving plus she does not like being in stables. So I am looking for a way to keep her leg warm but not too hot and dry.
The turnout boots need to reach her hoof. Does anybody recommend a certain brand?
