Bioflow magnotherapy boots seem to be very effective and certainly bring the swelling down in my horses legs, if he doesn't have them on they fill the next day.

Bioflow use different magnets to other manufacturers which seem to make them more effective. Its the way the magnets are placed within the boot which is the best thing. All magnetic products work in the same why by boosting cirulation and getting blood to flow to injured areas to create warmth and promote healing.

I don't think you are meant to turnout or exercise in magnotherapy boots to be honest. If you want something to boost circulation then the herb ginko bilboba is meant to be effective for horses. As is horse chestnut seed.
