it depends who is at home at the time, when i am away they will get turned out between 7-9 and then will come in again at about 4. the owner of the yard doesn't want them out in the dark as some people have to walk down a country lane to bring them in and when it gets wet they all stand at the gate so the entrance gets really muddy!

not at all in the field (well they were out yesterday for a few hours first time for about a month) hence i am looking for somewhere else.its not fair on them as i cnt even ride exercise(foal and injured mare)

I keep mine at home so mine are all out 24/7, 3 are clipped but well rugged with access to stables if they want.

If I ever had to livery my horses in the future, I would never choose a yard with limited turnout!! My horses would go insane.
