Turnout rug detachable neck covers

I have a black and purple weatherbeeta rug that has 3 rings to take a neck cover, they do the one for that rug anymore so looking for a black or purple neck, I've seen some universal gallop and rhinegold ones but they don't say how they attach!

Anyone got any idea if these would work?

I have a purple falpro one you can have (just cover cost of postage), it has a zip to attach but you can just sew clips onto it.

I think the gallop ones also have 3 D-rings so you could somehow connect the rings on this to your rug... little karabiners?

I bought a jhl rug which I love on my horse and it fits well decided to get one with the detachable hood to attach to the three rings but I am very disappointed with the neck as it doesn’t sit right when it’s on the horse and attatched to the rings it’s too baggy but I bought the correct size. My horse is blind in one eye so I’m reluctant to leave it on as I’m scared it will twist round and panic him. I was hoping to make life easier so I could just unhook neck on sunnier days but I’m definitely not impressed so will be getting a combi rug with attached neck so I know it will stay in place and continue to just change to a standard rug when it’s milder and he doesn’t need a neck rug on.

Shires necks have the straps to fit onto d-rings on the rug, not sure about how the sizing/fit around the neck compares to weatherbeeta though.

I was in yr situation trying to get a compatible 'neck' for my old gelding's weatherbeeta standard 0g rainsheet. Wasn't bothered with the brand. But the ads don't have enough detailed pics on how different brands attach.

So I gave up in the end, and am still waiting, after two months, while the actual matching Wethabeeta 0g 'neck' is on back order at my local tack shop. Luckily its summer here in Sth Oz.

Aww thank you but I'm pretty useless with sewing and customising things, but it's a lovely offer.
