Tweed/hacking jacket with zip

So after getting my hacking jacket out ready for hound excercise I have found it has shrunk a little over summer!
I have very broad shoulders so always struggle finding one to fit around shoulders and chest that still looks flattering. I have seen show/jumping jackets with zips under the buttons but is there such thing as a tweed with a zip/stretch? I can't wear a traditional all wool as allergic!

I have an equetech hunt coat with a stretch panel in the side seams. Very comfortable. I haven't seen similar in a tweed though.

I think speaking to a tailor/seamstress about adding something similar might be worthwhile.

I'm not sure that a zip would help though.
