I was out on a hack yesterday on my 8yo TB with a friend on his 6yo LussoX and we came across a friendly hunter , as is quite commonplace. Next thing we know a hare comes careering torwards us, and in that kind of slow motion thinking I realised he would not think twice about shooting it, even with us standing 8 metres from him. BAM BAM
...horses think they're being shot and I'm giggling nervously, probably astounded that we both stayed on.
