Two tone or unusual bridles, anyone?

Sorry, this is going to be very vague..

I bought a 'seconds' English leather comfort bridle from my local tack shop recently (reduced from £90 to £25.. bargain!), the reason it was a second was that the flash strap was missing.

The lady in the tack shop told me that it was a cottage craft bridle, but I'm not 100% sure if it actually is, it didn't have any labels on it, and I couldn't find it on the cottage craft website. Anyhoo, the bridle itself is black, but the padded parts for the headpiece and noseband are interchangeable and the bridle came with several different colours: black, green, red, white and blue. I don't know if these are common or not, but I've never seen one before and it's a lovely bridle!

Mmmm, depends on what you want basically. i.e. do you want leather specifically, or synthetic?

Coz if you want to go the synthetic route, then try the "performance equestrian" website as they've got some really snazzy stuff.

Of if its something a bit unusual, I got a lovely "Barefoot" bridle on e-bay - which is basically a bridle/headcollar combined. There IS a Scottish-based website where you can order them, BUT I am aware that their customer service leaves a lot to be desired unfortunately.

Depends on what you want really.

Just because we like to be different! Can anyone recommend anywhere?

Brownie points if anyone can point me in the direction of a black and havana one!

There is a dealer in Bedfordshire called Dale Sport Horses, they have a subsidiary tack business called Dales Saddlery which they run through facebook - search for them. There are some really interesting two tone and sparkly bridles and tack on there, I am considering getting one for my new horse.
