I got on finally and was specifically looking for the weatherbeeta combo fleece - guess what - sold out. Every size and its only half an hour into the sale

Sales aren't for saving us money - they are for selling the stuff that isn't clearing, with maybe a couple of bargains there to get the punters in. If you are a strange size you might get a bargain - but mostly it's not worth it. Equestrian clearance starts out with all the stuff others couldn't clear.

Don't get me started. I have been trying to ring through to see if they can put something a side for me & it says they are closed. So go online & the price is higher than what the catalogue states so speakign to an operator on the site who said the price is incorrect in catalogue

Robinsons are always the same. They only have a small number of the items at tempting prices, which sell out immediately just to get you on the site. They advertise something i.e. a rug at a sale price & when you try to buy it it's only the 7'03" or a 5' is at the sale price & all other sizes are at normal price. I don't bother with them now.

I've just got in to the site via a link in an old email from them confirming a previous order. I'd put a sale order in & used their 'Live Chat' option to confirm the order had been accepted. Have to say I've snagged some real bargains, but then I do have some large horses, so the 7ft & 7'3 suits me fine !

I tried for the first time ever as something I wanted was 1/2 price, website was down until 11.00 then it was 'Sold Out' I've heard so many similar things about them this is the first and last time I'll bother with them
