Ufton Green Farm in Ufton Nervet, Reading, Berkshire

Hi All,

Does anyone have the contact details for this farm? It is very close to the new house we are in the process of buying and I am considering moving my horse closer for the right yard.

Does anyone know if it is a livery yard, they have lots of fenced paddocks with horses but I cannot find any details online.
