We had a pony once who stuffed down an entire Tesco bag full of carrots. Bag and all. The bag came through intact as well....given the vet bills they can rack up at the drop of a hat, it is amazing how they sometimes cope with swallowing down the most awful things! Glad he's ok, you can breathe again now!
