ulcer treatment behaviour change

My horse started her ulcer treatment 2 and a half weeks ago. Since starting she has become really spooky. Has anyone else experienced this? Can anyone recommend a calmer that is suitable for whilst receiving ulcer treatment? She is having weekly injections of omeprazole and taking sucralfate twice a day

Do you mean spooking when ridden?

If so I personally wouldn't ride while a horse is on ulcer treatment.

Spooking in hand although I have been advised by vet to ride as she has weight issues
