Unaffiliated Winter Dressage Champs

At the weekend we went to Sheepgate and I'm so proud of my little cob he went so well. He andhis 14 year old rider whose been competing him got 66% and came 2nd in the Open Prelim final. Fantastic test and rode him very well, so chuffed with them both.

Then I rode him and I get stupidily nervous in test riding, this was our second test away from home, and I managed to make a couple of mistakes but we managed to gain 63.45% in the Restricted Novice Final and gained 10th place.

So considering hes only a wee cob and not really built for dressage i'm very happy with him, I need to relax more and we'll be on to higher marks

People used to dismiss my boy as he looked quite cobby... but then he moves and they pay attention
