I wondered if anyone planned to do this series at Hickstead as Im going to go for the Prelims with William. It would be nice to be able to meet up with anyone going

I might go and do a couple of mediums and hopefully the advanced medium at the end of August.
I did it last year and qualified for the Novice Championship in just one trip there - not quite sure how! But i didnt go to the final as had a Young Horse final on the same day.

Medium! Blimey! How do you enter the Young Horse comp? They do a 6yr old dont they? (Maybe something for next year!)

It wasnt the Hickstead YH, it was the Strada Saddles YH - i won the 6yo qualifier, so qualified for the finals which were on the same day as the Hickstead unaffliated finals. I chose the YH Finals to go to!
