I hate seeing horses like this I just want to buy them and put them in the field with a big bale of hay but then it makes them sell the rest like that because people take pity.

Please don't show me photos like that. I just want to go and get them, and I'm already on horse overload here. That trotter colt looks as though he's going to waste away. I'm assuming it's a dealer? Bloody disgraceful !!!

Poor little things. They can only hope someone nice and experienced will buy them and let them be young horses as most of the 2 years olds on that page are already being driven.

I was thinking the same thing, and I am by no means hard-hearted. The horses look a little skinny, but they're not RSPCA cases by any means

Thank heavens... I did expect to be shot down in flames.

I see nothing wrong with any of the horses on page 1 or 2 yes they may have been backed a little earlier than you or I would but they all look pretty much healthy

Yup, I agree.

Now, if someone had posted a link to the page and said, 'Isnt the piebald/chestnut etc on page X lovely?' I doubt many people would have jumped on the bandwagon about any of the other ads. People buy and sell youngsters all the time like this - I dont find this type of ad or site unbelievable at all!

I think they might be talking about the 16hh piebald stallion that's advertised for over 3k and is quite skinny. Not quite so bad be an RSPCA/ILPH case but certainly thin enough that the advertisers should be ashamed of themselves.

I just couldn't believe how many were 2 or 3 and being ridden or driven. That is mad, of course they are quiet, the poor things aren't even grown up yet. On page 2 is only 3, ride and drive and been running with a stallion so probably infoal, WTF she has horrendous conformation and is now adding to the FUGLY horse mountain of cr*p that is rife on this site.

I dont think they're that bad. Sure, some arent in great condition but they seem ok. If i had the experience and knowledge i'd be tempted to buy one and bring it on. Most look like they'd make quite nice horses given a bit of TLC . Hopefully they'll be bought by good, knowledgeable people.

Sorry, really don't see what the problem is. They are youngsters, could do with a little more weight, but not terrible.

I do however find a lot on this website shocking, as so many 12/18 month animals seem to riding and driving at that age already. You can tell that a lot of these are owned by the 'less savoury' element of people.
