I can't believe how reckless people are, just got back from a very unsuccessful "shopping" trip on the way to drop my friend off home she pointed out "look a horse"

I wouldn't have even bloody of noticed but on the other lane of the MAIN ROAD at RUSH HOUR in the PITCH DARK was two young girls in dark clothing leading a big grey on the road.

No Hiviz/lights, nothing - at least give yourself a chance? I assume they are young farmers taking their horse to the schools afterschool farmer club as they turned into the school as we just passed. The school/farm certaintly doesn't keep horses or have stables so I assume they're gonna be leading back when its even darker and busier.

Idiots honestly.
If theres an accident within the next couple of hours, I will not be suprised.

Similar thing happened to me a couple of years ago. Except I nearly hit them.
Came round a corner and it was only because one of the horses was grey that i saw them being led across the road (after a blind bend) and instinctively slowed right down that I didn't hit the dark horses being led behind the grey that i hadn't even seen until I was right up to them!
I was shaking as I could easily have hit the horse if I hadn't slowed down so much. They were taking their horses to a field over and down the road a little way from their yard and not one of them had anything on to make them visible. And this was a busy road!

Their stupidity amazed me.
 
I've been in this situation before but the other end, I went to ride out at a P2P yard, and I quit after my first ride.
We went on a lovely hack to the gallops and I was quite enjoying myself, until we got to the main road and at 8am it was really busy. There was a left then right handed bend, and she wanted us to cross the road after the right hander, not even 10yards from the corner!! She was too lazy to walk down the road a bit to make it a (tiny) bit safer.
I wouldn't dream of putting my horse anywhere near a road like that, let alone someone elses!
Some people are so stupid....
