unbiased feeding advice

Does anyone know anywhere you can get unbiased feeding advice on balancers in particular and feeding in general. Obviously all the major feed companies have this but they only promote their own brand and I am interested in an expert's opinion on which brand would be best for my needs.

Actually I have not found this true. The nutritionists I have consulted have been very even handed regarding other companys products.

When I have spoken to feed companies I have found that they don't 'rubbish' other companies feeds. They have the same or similar in most cases anyway. If you tell them what you are feeding they will advise you if you need to change or if what you are using is ok. They may suggest one of their products but they aren;t pushy in any way.

No I too have always had fair advice from the major feed companies Eg A+P, D+H. Didn't feel like a hard sell at all and they rec. other companies products Eg Dengies, SpeediBeet etc.

I totally agree that all the feed helplines I have rung the nutritionalists have been totally professional and helpful and never rubbished other brands. However if you look for example at all the feed balancers on the market; the levels of vitamins, minerals, yeasts, etc are all different (in some cases the variation is huge), but understandably when you speak to each feed line I haver been told by each one that their balancer has all nutients at the optimal levels and ratios required even though this obviously can't be the case with such variation. I was just wondering if there was any independent information accessible so I could discern for myself which was the best.
