under rug bib

hey all i have a stretch vest designed to help reduce bald patches that are caused by rug rubbing. It also improves heat retention when worn underneath a rug.its small (section A/shelty size) its got some stitching coming undone but fixable. i cant sell it as no one on eBay wants it and i cant use it so what should i do with it? don't want to throw it out can anyone get use of it? FREE ofc
