Unemployed/Business Venturers

Hellooooo!

Has anybody become unemployed and taken the decision to plunge into a business venture? Specifially equine related?

I've not been in work for about a month (lucky in the fact I don't desperately need a job but am getting bored and would like extra spending money) and was wondering about 'branching out' and how easy it is to get finances from banks for transport business/livery yard/etc etc

Has anybody any experience? If you have a good business plan, is it really that easy to get a bank to cough up £xxxxx.xx?

You would have to give them a business plan with a balance sheet showing anticipated profit and loss

Depends upon soooooo many factors?

What are your skills? Will you be able to differentiate? Do you have some kind of niche?

What are your skills at writing a business plan for the banks to look at, including forecasting turnover/profit?

What is the competition like in your area?

Basically, you need to do a SWOT analysis to answer your OWN questions.,
