Has anybody ever seen something like this? Physio was happy with all her surrounding muscles, back and SI. She’s not lame, sore and is completely normal and forward going. She just had some tightness on the same side at her shoulder and neck. She also had the routine chiropractor out 8 weeks ago. Thank you 60697D71-31A7-4C49-890A-F84FA0366135.jpeg

Yep I have - my horse was finally diagnosed with advanced navicular in both front feet, after an abortive stay at an equine clinic and treatment from a locally very well respected osteopath.

a few years later i refused to buy a horse that showed exactly the same patterns of assymetry and got a lot of abuse from the vendor because the horse technically passed the vetting. A year later that horse was PTS with navicular.....

Yes I have seen it, the pony cost 10k nine years ago, it was noted on the vetting at purchase, excluded from insurance, a year or so later I started working with him, kept flagging up he was lame, both the trainer and vet said not so he carried on eventing, eventually started putting in very dirty stops showjumping was seen by a different vet who agreed he was lame, arthroscopic revealed significant stifle damage and he was retired as a light hack.
The other one was due to a road accident when she was very young and was being raced by travellers on the road. She had broken her hip.
You won't get muscle damage or loss unless there is a reason.
