I got some chopped miscanthus but I'm going back to wood or straw pellets when I've used it up , nothing wrong with the product and it's a good price but not for me

Yes, I have unibed chopped rape straw. Not tried anything else of theirs so can't offer help on comparison.

I used it for a while when there was a shortage of small flake shavings locally. Decent price, easy to muck out, but the bed lacked the absorbency and fluff of a shavings beds.

We use the chopped rape straw. Great delivery service, good price. I don't use shavings / wood bedding because of the muck heap. I like the rape straw - easy to muck out, low dust, good absorbancy. I do use a bag of straw pellets under the wee area. I semi deep litter, and rape straw makes a good 'mat' which doesn't shift around too much.
