I can't believe what has happened, it;s devastating news for hollywood movies. I went there abut 4yrs ago and loved it, was really hoping to go again.
Thank god they have backup of all the movies in a different locations otherwise they would have lost so much

I dont think it was anyones home, but most spent hours of there life there, some all day and all night filming great movies, thats their life and now it's gone! It's devastated car parking all the movie sets and some of the park it's self!

Are you for real? This is a film studio, everything there is insured, and will be re-built. Its only painted wood and plaster. Its annoying but hardly devastating. Devastating is when 70,000 people die in a damn great earthquake, not when a heavily-insured building burns down, with no loss of life, in the wealthiest country in the world.

The studio tours re-opened yesterday anyway, so I am sure you'll be able to re-visit it next time you go.

yup agree as well, my uncle works for shepperton etc studios as head electrician and he was saying how much those are insured for, so im guessing although great settings where lost theyll just tear it down to make way for new ones!
