happy post in a sense! I hope!

Had Dante's back checked today, and *fingers crossed* we should get some positive results!
Turns out that his pelvis had rotated and tilted forwards, causing his right hip/croup area to be extremely tender. Was quite interesting watching the guy put it back in place to be honest! But I was amazed how relaxed and chilled Danny looked afterwards, really happy and 'bright' if you get what I mean. He didn't seem at all bothered by any of it and even though he's normally quite a character, he seemed even more 'himself'

Anyway, was told to give him today off, light work (hack or lunge) tomorrow, and then back to normal flatwork! Can jump him again in a week!
Also told how to do hamstring stretches to keep the muscles working correctly and to do lots of transitions too.
I just hope it's the answer!!

He spent a while massaging Dant's back & hind quarters, and then sort of... manipulated it back into place I guess? It looked a little 'violent' in a sense but Danny didn't seem phased or uncomfortable with it! xD Never seen it done before, was rather interesting.

Ah I love the pelvis put back in place arguments...... I do think back people need to sort their lingo out a bit though

I go with it.. as someone whose pelvis currently needs a bloody good yank!

Sol, frank tends to do similar with his left hip, which will be noticeably lower than is right.... treatment = all level again

hopefully that will help then. I would suggest him having a check up in 6 months or so if the guy doing him didnt suggest it as they are a bit like us, you have to retrain the muscles to where they should be

xD It's hard to describe without it sounding like torture!

Honestly, does look a little.... odd... especially when before hand he turns round and says 'just make sure he doesn't jump on you' and I'm there holding horse thinking 'uh ohhh'...

Apparently he reckoned that it would be a one-off and wouldn't need doing again, but will probably stick to having Danny's back checked fairly regularly anyway, because I /know/ that he's a silly prat, and will probably do something to it on a regular basis knowing my luck!
