Well, I splashed out on a new saddle for him! A nice wintec one 
hopefully the lady will be out to fit it soon!
He had his shoes done today and this is the first time I've witnessed the drama! My goodness
The farrier is an absolute star! Even when Ned ripped his hoof away and nearly gelded the farrier (ripped a hole in his leather apron! Thankfully a small puncture wound), he was still very friendly and good about it all! He's used to it though, he's been doing Ned for 5 years!
He had a mini freak out the other day, wouldn't leave the yard and was rearing at me he's not done that for years, it really upset me I thought all my hard work had gone down the drain!! Thankfully, I think he was having an off day, as he's been alright since.
He made it all up by being a star with his trailer training he almost walks in on his own now!!
YO is back in a week or two...then we get to talk about buying/loaning him!
