For all of you who have seen me fail with my pup, it may come as a suprise that I'm not quite thwarted yet
The next chapter for me I feel is a lot more mileage with dogs, I have applied to be a foster carer for a local charity
I have a lovely home for fostering dogs, now we're into winter I have a lovely lean to at the side of my house. Its got direct access to the garden and a wipe clean slate floor with a drain
ideal for accidents
and a lovely walled yard outside.
I have applied for some of the older residents who may be there for a long time. Hopefully I'll get a chance to learn a lot more, with a good support network, before I move onto my own next dog.
My landlord is very happy so long as they aren't MY dogs
so hopefully that extra space in rescue will be for one new lucky dog.
Does anyone else foster here?
