I had the vet come up for Amber on Friday to have her second hock injection. She was very good and I think surprised him with how good she was with the injection. I did say she is getting used to them now LOL.
He said that she was looking really good and is very pleased with her progress.
The really good news is that if we fence off a small paddock for her, she can start going out
The plan would be to put her in there for an hour or so to start with then in a couple of weeks she can hopefully go out with one of the other horses in her old field.
He asked how she has been getting on and I said that she seems to have calmed down since having the first hock injection. He laughed and said normally its the other way round!
I'm pleased that she is doing well.
