Update on Bessie and her broken leggie!!

Took her to the vets today (it's been four weeks since she was operated on) and they took x-rays. All seems to be healing really well (better than we expected) so we are allowed to start doing half an hour lead walks. We're back in another four weeks for a further x-ray and then about two weeks after that we can start off lead walks - yeh!!! Have to say she's been excellent considering, thought she'd be bouncing off the walls by now but 99% of the time she's been happy to sleep. Here's today's x-rays:

At first glance I wondered why they had bothered pinning leg when the top was smashed to pieces.

Then realized that it was trees through the windows!! Doh!!
