He has seemed ok this week.

I’ve spent as much time as I can just being with him and he’s been really cuddly and looking for strokes all the time :)

As for being tucked up that seems to have subsided with lots of warm rugs and hay :)

Yesterday his young friend came up to ride (I was going to cancel it but my mum said I should carry on as normal) I’m so glad she did! She took him out for a quiet ride and he seemed really cheerful when I put him to bed last night!

Will continue to keep a close eye on him

Thank you for your support guys

Bless him, glad to hear he is coping well and hope you are too :)

Think routine helps them during difficult times so keeping the riding going would be a good idea

Thank you :) I have been walking him out every few days.

I will start riding him again but I'm 10 stone and 5ft6 so only ride him gently, and at this stressful time i didn't want to add any extra pressure to him at all xx
