Feel very silly now for my hysteria this morning. Can only put it down to explosive diarrhoea, i'm afraid

Anyway, the fat man is fine. Dr Ralph had pronounced both eyes in working order.

Goodness knows what the original vet was going on about.

Can only draw the conclusion that Finn is officially an @rseh@le and there's no medical reason for it

So, thank you so much for all you good wishes this morning, I can't tell you how lovely it is to know people care.

Am exhausted from all this worry and upset of my bowels. Am off to regain some energy in preparation for quadrille practice this evening

P.s. there was talk of him having gastric ulcers though......and the immortal words "are you insured?" popped in to my head

Just his eyes. Think vet put his behaviour down to him being a T/B. Bit difficult to convince that for the first 3 years of owning him, you could let a bomb off next to him, without him doing a thing.

Now he has a habit of being "that" horse in the warm up....

I'm thinking something like that is the way to go.

Vet offered scoping, followed by proton pump inhibitors and then re scoping to check ulcers had gone. Am considering it, but think an antacid in the meantime may help.
