Its rare for horses in the UK to get it (fungal infection), as it is usually found in warm humid climates, so goodness knows how she got it.
She is off to the clinic tomorrow to get a hole drilled into her sinus which they will flush for about a week. Hopefully that will clear it up, and it wont re-occur, but as there are so few cases we will just have to wait and see.
