Joya - great to hear.

Just to cheer you up - mare (Sparky) had pneoumonia in 2000, massive abscessing on her lungs and was so weak she collapsed on arrival at the vet hospital. It was "life threatening" for 48hrs and after that we were told she'd probably never managed to do more than light hacking ever again due to the massive lung damage. She's back hunting and HTing and now teaches my brother dressage - they're competeing affiliated prelim/novice. So don't give up!!

Thankyou everyone, have just got back from seeing her and she is very bright and happy. The vets say she's responding really well, she's had a rectal examination which Gem was rather unimpressed with today

The best news is, if she improves over the weekend, she may possibly come home next week on some very strong anti biotics!! They're amazed at how well and how fast she is recovering, considering how awful she was on Wednesday night, I think it must be the HHO vibes!
She has lost a LOT of weight and is 400 and something kg (I think it was 430kg but I can't remember) when she really should be 570-600kgs

Thanks for all the vibes and crossed limbs everyone! It really means so much to me. The amount of support I have recieved from everyone on HHO has been absolutley amazing, and I can't thank you all enough! xxx
