Vet has been and she says it is deffinately not Laminitis thank god. She says he is very tight across his pelvis and down one hind leg and her guess is he has fallen over in the field and pulled something in his back....this is totally ironic as I too am suffering from a back injury! ha ha ha!
Anyway, so it is bute and no riding for 2 weeks (although I can't anyway) and I have sectioned him a 20x20 section in the field by his stable to pootle about on as she says he is better moving about. So fingers crossed he will mend in time and not try to excape from his play pen!
