firstly thanks to everyone who replied - had some fab knowledgable advice, really touched that everyone replied.
vet been again now- checked mouth and all ok as couldnt swallow- lunged him as well - horsey seems to be eating a bit now - still rolls it into a ball but is swallowing the oddbit. also had one small poo and vet pulled rest out his bum for him!Vet said is worried about liver damage now - and so said if he hasnt totally picked up in the morning he wants to do bloods to see whether the bute has affected him.
very sad tho as horsey can only be ridden lightly as so arthritic and now to be worrying about his liver is scary, dont want to have to face a horrible decision yet, hes only 11.
