I think shes looking much better but I will agree that she need more muscle ;D

Kia hes in a fair amount of work and still holding a little bit of extra weight which will shift once we start schooling over the next few weeks, his tum always tones up better once he starts to carry himself better #

And here's his knee, there is a flap of skin at the top and more flesh underneath that will die back but over all i am fairly pleased with how its healing
