Update on my scrawny pony - he looks better! *pics*

A little over two weeks ago I posted asking for advice on what to feed Cosmo to put some more weight on him. I listened to TGM and Kokopelli who suggested changing some of his Fast Fibre for Speedibeet. I also listened to Oliver12 who suggested starting him on a Vitex supplement to help with his Cushings.

Well, this is how he looked 16 days ago:

I started him on Speedibeet a day or two later and then Vitex4Equids a few days after that. I have been introducing the Speedibeet gradually and also put a no fill rug on him at night time. This is how he looked today:

I am really pleased with the results so far, I hope to get him looking better before the winter. Thanks to TGM, Kokopelli and Oliver12 for the suggestions and to all those who offered advice. :)
 
wow! big difference! well done!

you could possibly (if you need more condition) try giving him a high oil feed like outshine or full fat soya with his speedibeet - still easy to chew and easy to digest but a bit more calorific.
